1. Service Description

AliceRank is an AI visibility tracking platform designed for ecommerce brands. Our service helps you understand how your brand appears in AI-powered search results and recommendations across platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, and Perplexity.

Our service includes:

Automated weekly scans across multiple AI platforms
Brand visibility and sentiment tracking
Competitor monitoring and analysis
Trend analysis and alerts
Export and reporting capabilities (paid tiers)

2. Account Registration

To use AliceRank, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person or organization unless you have an agency plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the service to track competitors in a manner that violates their rights
Resell or sublicense access to the service without authorization
Submit false or misleading information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes.

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may be subject to reduced functionality and lower priority for support.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront and can be cancelled at renewal.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

AliceRank and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AliceRank, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data for research, analytics, and to improve our service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of AI visibility data (AI platforms may change their behavior)
Specific results or improvements in AI visibility
Compatibility with all AI platforms at all times

AI platform behaviors change frequently. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate tracking, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALICERANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

Your right to access the service ends immediately
You may export your data within 30 days (paid plans only)
We may delete your data after 30 days
Outstanding payments remain due

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Italy, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
